30 Day Challenge
Zoobado's 30 day challenge, designed to take you from zero to super fitness hero! Some of the workouts require basic household equipment, check the video desciption before you start.
30 Day Challenge Day 1, getting you started with a beginners aerobics class with demi.
You will need a block/thick book, pilates ball/cushion and a pilates band/belt for this workout.
30 Day Challenge Day 3 Pete takes you through some basic core exercises.
You will need a couple of water bottles or some dumb bells for sections of this aerobics workout.
Obviously you will need a skipping rope for this class and a few square meters to jump around in.
Yoga level 1 You may need a yoga strap and/or block depending on you flexibility.
Combatr level 1, You will need a coulple of 1L water bottles to use as weights for this class.
30 Day Challenge Day 8, Circutis with Jason. All you need is some floor space and a drink!
30 Day Challenge Day 9, Anglea's level 1 yoga workout. A great intoduction to Yoga.
A basis class all you need is some floor space and a couple of bottles of water for weights.
You will need a 1L water bottle to use as a weight for some of the exercises.
30 Day Challenge Day 12, Pete teaches you a level 2 core workout, abs, obliques and lower back.
Day 13, Jason with a level 2 skipping workout, you will need a skipping rope and a bit of space.
You will need a pilates block/thick book and a pilates ball/cushion for this workout.
You will need some water bottles/dumb bells for the toning sections of the aerobics workout.
You may need a yoga strap and/or block if you are stiff throught the hips and hamstrings.
30 Day Challenge day 17, a circuit training workout with Jason to get you super fit!
30 Day Challege Day 18, over half way! Pilates workout level 2 with the lovely Kadi.
30 Day Challenge Day 19, more high kicking with Demi in this level 2 combat class.
Julie takes a level 2 Yoga class to give you a wind down and rest on day 20, 10 more days to go!
Aerobics for the Brave! Have a 1L or 2L bottle to hand to use as a weight for some of the exercises.
WARNING! You will probably burn about a Zillion calories in this workout! Skipping rope required.
An amazing workout that will teach you loads, you will need a rubber band/belt for this pilates workout.

Jason takes a level 3 circuits class with the music thumping in the background. 5 days to go!
Day 26. After completing this yoga class you can call yourself a fully fledged yoga guru!
