Pilates Workout with Yana Level 1
Introducing Yana and her level 1 Pilates workout, an amazing Pilates workout that you will learn loads from, you will need a block/thick book, pilates ball/cushion and a pilates band/belt for this workout.
Yana starts with the basic fundamentals of Pilates, breathing, posistioning, shoulder blade placement, rib cage placement and head nods.
She then takes you through the following Pilates excercises, table top, breast stroke prep, pilates 100’s, half roll back, spinal rotations, rolling like a ball, single leg reach, pilates shoulder reaches, roll over prep, shoulder stability, and side bends. A great introduction workout for those wanting to start pilates.
