Exercise intelligently and live well and healthy with nature. Your fitness regime is best at being as varied and as wide as possible, consisting of different activities and disciplines. All round fitness and all round general combination of sporting activities, gym activities you most enjoy and always try and learn something new. Pilates is great to incorporate into your fitness activities as best as possible or do it as purely as possible to original method if practising Pilates into depth.
Slightly addicted and stuck on Ice Skating which I train four times per week. Mad about Water Skiing and have five gold medals, four bronze and one silver medal in Tae-Kwon-Do Martial Art ( ITF ), national and international tournaments.
