Hi I’m Jason, I currently work as a Personal trainer here at the zone health and fitness. I’m passionate about fitness, and with my help I will ensure you achieve any fitness goals you might have, in the shortest amount of time possible.
My main strengths are fat loss through H.I.I.T (High intensity interval training), Lean Bulking (Increasing muscle mass whilst keeping body fat to a minimum), and the nutritional side of fitness including supplements.
