Kettle bell tone class with pete level 3

Pete is back with a superb Level 3 kettle bell class. After the warm up pete does a kettle bell circuit of clean and presses, bent over rows, backward lunges, squat + upright row, swings changing hands and reverse crunches. You will need some kettle bells for this class, try and go for some slightly heavier ones to work you that bit harder.
Fitness Fact: Exercise speeds up the healing process because of the increased amount of oxygen it provides throughout the body.
