Abs and Core with Pete Level 2

This is a Abs and Core level 2 workout taken by Pete. Once the warmup is done with Pete shows you ab cross over, knee tucs, feet in the air situps, tapping planks, reverse crunches, fall backs and cobras. The workout goes through all the ab exercises three times in a circuit.
Fitness Fact: Nutrients are divided into two major groups: macronutrients and micronutrients. Macronutrients include protein, carbohydrates, water, and fats. Micronutrients are vitamins and minerals.
