Core Workout Using Ball With Pete Level 2
Time to work that core of yours a little bit more! Pete introduces some tougher moves in this workout. You will learn swiss ball pikes, 1 leg ball leg curls, swiss ball on and off the knees, ball roll outs, swiss ball crunches with a leg off the floor, ball push ups, ball hands to feet and swiss ball back extensions to really finish you off!
